Are you a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients? Northeast Restorative Physical & Occupational Therapy Services is looking for a talented Physical Therapist to join our team and provide exceptional rehabilitation services in Riverhead, NY. You can live and work on the Eastern End of Long Island, the gateway to the Hamptons and the beautiful North Fork. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to help patients regain function and improve their quality of life.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Provide compassionate and patient-centered care with a focus on the unique needs of each individual.

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with professional standards and regulations.

• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises for continued improvement.

• Promote a positive and caring environment that enhances the patient experience.

Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New York.
CPR/BLS certification.
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
Compassion and empathy for patients and their families.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
